Currently new “good thing” in my life is Yoga.
Terjangkit by blogger friends – wyne, Stella and Wency. I think chegu pun terjangkit by them juga . Kan Chegu? Dulu (lebih kurang 5 tahun lepas saya buat yoga juga but lama-lama hilang itu minat. So, I could not promise to myself that I will stick into Yoga forever. Tahulah ni, sikap hangat-hangat tahi ayam juga. Hehe. But so far, saya buat yoga dengan semangat 5 days berturut-turut tanpa gagal. Pagi dan petang. Sampai kakak tegur kerana kekerapan beryoga tersebut. Haha. As a beginner, I just doing the simple yoga poses which highly recommended for my level. On the third day, berani-berani sudah buat pose yoga yang berat but although I tried variety of yoga poses but I could says that my concentration is more into fat burning yoga poses.
Yeah, I am doing yoga on day 5. masih keras and bengkok2 lagi itu kaki. Anyway I am happy because I can do the bow pose dengan baik walau belum begitu ngam. Untuk bulan puasa ini, saya terpaksa mengurangkan yoga, so faham2 lah kalau yoga pose saya kurang sudah di Instagram ya kawan-kawan.
